About the Role
- Lead, drive and grow the online D2C business
- Drive P&L through customer acquisition, retention and growth of the business with a focus on product, marketing and a seamless customer experience online
- Responsible for the entire funnel flow on the website / app for customers and ensuring a high conversion rate & average order value
- Analyze and lead the CRM & loyalty programs with millions of first-party datasets that we have - Work with marketing and creative teams to plan and develop online business plans and implementation
- Research industry trends, analyze site metrics and related data to improve the conversion rate and business growth. Also partner with the latest technology emerging to make BSC always stay one step ahead
- Monitor site performance, speed, traffic, and conversion across all devices
- Lead and manage a team of high-performance professionals to ensure delivery of quarterly and yearly growth targets
A good fit for this role:
- 5+ years of overall experience with a majority of it in managing any e-commerce business
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or a business within this space
- An inherent knack for customer delight, product and performance marketing across touchpoints
- Proven track record of managing and working with a talented team of people and bringing out the best in them
- Resourceful, flexible and hands-on in getting things done ; problem solver
