D2C & eCommerce Head - eCommerce/FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Purpose:

- Scale up the online business for the brand - both on marketplaces (amazon, 1mg, pharmeasy etc) and own direct to consumer website

- Driving achievement of sales / growth targets

- Develop and oversee overall Performance Marketing Strategy and growth on the website

- Manage the entire P&L for online business

- Experience of brand building, ecommerce and D2C is a must; wherein experience in D2C must be strong

Experience

- At least 7 years of relevant experience

- Experience with young / new age start-ups in CPG space

Qualification

B.Tech / MBAs from reputed institutes
