About the Role

We are looking for experienced, passionate professionals who care about selling beautiful products that push existing boundaries; can easily understand customer requirements and can quickly help customers understand how our products make their lives better.

Cynapto's products use Artificial Intelligence algorithms and work with customer's existing CCTV Cameras. It augments human operator capability by processing camera feeds 24x7,365 days, to scan for multiple alerts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing new sales opportunities by:

a) Following up on inbound leads

b) Outbound cold calls and emails

- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements

- Creating solution documents that match our products with customer requirements.

- Engage with customers during the entire sales cycle to close the deal

- Make presentations, proposals, offer letters and other documents to support the sales process

- Daily CRM updates

- Lead sales discussions and follow-up on sales activities with team mates.

- Achievement of quarterly sales targets of self and team

- Achievement of monthly activity targets of self and team

Does this Sound Like You?

Must have:

- 5-6 years of proven Sales experience

- 2 years of proven Sales experience at a technology company

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Nice to have:

- Experience working on RFIs/RFPs/Tenders

- Experience working with global customers
