Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and energetic Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager with at least 8 years of experience to drive both new business development and maintain key client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients.

This role requires a strategic, proactive leader who can balance sales and client management responsibilities, fostering both business growth and long-term client loyalty.

Location : Hyderabad India

Travel Required for client relations : Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: A master's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

- Client-Focused: Strong ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Proven success in driving sales, closing deals, and negotiating contracts at senior levels.

- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and ability to develop data-driven strategies.

- Leadership & Team Management: Experience in managing or mentoring teams, with a focus on collaboration, motivation, and achieving collective goals.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to present ideas clearly, influence key decision-makers, and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns promptly, and proactively find solutions to challenges.

- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, and business management tools, and Good Understanding of latest IT Technologies (Cloud - AWS GCP Azure, Data Science , ML, AI, Oracle and Microsoft Products)
