Position: Center Head

Salary: 6-10 LPA

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Ability to manage a profit Center, optimise revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management.

- Liaise with local bodies, associates, key brand visibility, location owners, institute heads, and the community to maintain positive energies.

- Implement & review processes and take care of the education centre, students & team members with high-quality standards.

- Create methodologies & metrics based on business requirements and dynamic reengineering, and review implementation & take corrective action.

- Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the centre and ensure students' placements and create customer delight.

- HO-level functional follow-ups, coordination, and closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations.

- Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, and Control attrition in the team.

- Will be responsible for Mobilization.

- Able to track competition/market, analyse & provide feedback to HO for new products.

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong editing skills.

- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

- Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-motivated and organized.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
