- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead our. service delivery function within the Security Services division. The successful candidate will. play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, ensuring the. satisfaction of our clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our security. services.
What You'll Do:.
- Client Relationship Management:. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs, expectations, and objectives to align service delivery accordingly
- Service Delivery Oversight:. Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of security services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Project Management:. Lead and manage security service implementation on projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients.. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Quality Assurance:. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service.. Conduct regular service reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement..
- Escalation Management:. Manage and resolve escalated issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. Provide timely and transparent communication to clients during escalations.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement:. Identify opportunities for process optimization and service enhancement.. Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized service delivery methodologies
- Team Leadership:. Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals.. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning
- What You'll Need:. Bachelor's degree in Business administration, IT, Security Management, or related field
- 12 years of proven experience in service delivery management within the security services industry
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering security services on time and within scope. Strong project management skills with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL).. In-depth knowledge of security services, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
