Renewal Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with regional RSRs, internal sales counterparts, Global Account Managers, partners, and customers on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to closure.
- Ensure systems are in sync with customer reality to enable correct entitlement.
- Educate global account team on maintenance policies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Account management of specified accounts.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, positioning to each customer to protect & grow revenue streams.
- Meet set targets for revenue, retention rates.
- Preparation of renewal orders in accordance with customer contracts and business practices.
- Sales forecasts - providing accurate forecasts for allocated territories.
Renewal Representative Qualifications:
Desired skills for renewal representative include: Hubspot exp.
Desired experience for renewal representative includes:
- 5+ years sales experience, ideally within the renewal space.
- Must be from Cyber Security Domain/Industry.
- English and preferably additional language
- Proven Success within Renewals.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations to ensure customers are enthusiastic about what we provide and can clearly see the value and differentiators in what we offer
- Ability to work effectively and proactively in a cross-functional team environment, including management, field sales, implementation and related internal staff to move renewal process to successful close
- Maintains timely and accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal departments via proprietary CRM and weekly meetings, providing detailed feedback and recommended next steps
