SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Social Media awareness: proficiency in searching across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedln, and others.

- Understand how to submit complaints and follow up across the platforms.

- Enforcement Process: Should be aware of the enforcement process on social media platforms.

- Data analysis: strong analytical skills to determine if the post or article is violating brand or if phishing threats exist.

- Adaptability: Stay updated with new social technology and trends and be able to identify cybersecurity use cases for effective brand monitoring and abuse reporting.

- Brand Knowledge: A solid understanding of WIPO proc

- Time management: Able to prioritize tasks, monitoring platforms efficiently and responding to customer queries or issues promptly.

- Communication skills: clear and concise communication.

- Able to articulate findings, insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

- Excellent writing skills to craft complaints to platforms

- Good understanding of web research

- Understanding IP rights

- Should be aware of the Internet domain , social media platforms, domain registration, registrant, registrar.

JOB PROFILE:

- Identify, collect, and organize information from public sources, social media sites, and other databases.

- Ability to research infringing websites and phishing domains.

- Ability to identify infringing accounts/posts on social media platforms.

- Conducting secondary research on assigned topics.

- Data mining and creating data sheets using MS Excel.

- Creating monthly reports using MS word and MS PowerPoint

- Work with colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of projects and reports.

- Proficient in researching/identifying a Brand's IP rights.

- Meeting deadlines

- Manage day-to-day client queries.

- Ready to work in shifts (rotational)
