Title: Cyber Security - Controls Advisory Experience: 3 to 12 years Qualifications: Any Graduate, Chartered Accountant/ Certified Internal Auditor/ Certified Information Systems Auditor/ MBA Finance Job Location: Bangalore Client Role: Responsible for executing client engagements in the areas of: - Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) - Business process and IT controls testing for Internal Audits (IA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 audits, revenue assurance audits etc. by applying the components of relevant frameworks (e.g. COSO, ERM, COBIT) - IT General Controls testing (ITGC) - including platforms, ERP applications and databases - ITGC testing for Internal Audits (IT IA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 assessments IT SOX compliance - Process compliance reviews targeting compliance to towards various laws and regulations - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals and Enterprise Risk Management - Data analytics support for Internal Audits (IA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 assessments and other advisory service - Thorough technical knowledge on GAAP, Auditing Standards, Accounting Standards - Contract risk reviews including vendor compliance reviews and revenue audits - Operational, compliance &amp; regulatory audits - Awareness of internal auditing standards issued by IIA, ICAI &amp; ISACA - Execution on client engagement - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements - Determine that the work delivered is of high quality through self-review process with respect to complete and accurate documentation of testing results and review others- documentation according to regulatory guidelines - Conducting tests of Design and Implementation and Operating effectiveness of control - Creating process documentation i.e. narratives, flowcharts and Standard operating procedures - Reviewing and developing client's custom control catalogs to ensure alignment of test procedures and control language to enhance efficiencies in remote execution of test procedures - Engagement planning, management, coordination with the team. Project manage engagements and responsible for a probable client interaction - Manage one or more client engagements and internal teams - Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service - Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality &amp; risk management procedures of the firm - Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis - Identify &amp; internally escalate and potential red flags related to the engagement on a timely basis - Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/ challenges and leading practices) - Preparation of reports/ deliverables/ status updates/ audit committee presentations etc. - Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage multiple projects as directed by the managers - Demonstrate an application &amp; solution-based approach to problem solving technique - Assist Senior Associates and Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives - Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members - Identify &amp; escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements - Develop strong working relationships with client - Attention to detail and mentor young interns and analysts within the practice - Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice - Should have good written, communication and interpersonal skills
