Cyber/IT Security Manager - Manufacturing

Note: We are looking for suitable candidate with manufacturing company exposure. Someone who is either into corporate role in manufacturing company or done projects mostly with manufacturing clients.

Candidate must be stable in Job. Frequent job changes will not be entertained.

Position: IT (Cyber) Security Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office, 5 days)

Experience : 5-12 years

Industry experience required: Any manufacturing

Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA

CTC: 20-25 LPA

Description: Looking for Cyber/IT Security Manager who is subject matter expert of IT security domain and Lead the Information Security & Cyber Security Portfolio of our client.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Lead Cyber Security Programs related to People, Process and Technology.

2. Candidates are preferable from BIG 4 with 4-5 years' experience or from manufacturing industry

3. Experience and Knowledge of Security best practices for IT Infra, OT Infra, Application and Cloud environments

4. Certified ISO auditor and hands on experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 framework

5. Need experience in leading and owning the cybersecurity and information security practices for the organization

6. Hands-on experience with Security technologies and Project management & support for security products

7. Understanding and implementation of Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity framework

8. Certification in CISSP, CISA and CEH is preferred

9. Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred

10. Certification in Cloud and Cloud Security is preferred

11. Should be able to work independently and interact with functional team members to achieve the goals

Responsibilities:

1. IT Security Roadmap & Projects

2. To build strategy on implementing security standards

3. Develop, Enhance / Security Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be)

4. Evaluate & Implement Cyber Security/Information Security solutions in line with Market trends & Business Requirements

5. Handle all IT Security Operations

6. Acts as escalation point for Major Security incidents, issues or problems

7. IT Infrastructure stability and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanism

8. Manage IT Security Risk Management & Governance

9. Strong Review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security operations Review

10. Review of IT Team & Business teams related systems & processes to ensure they are aligned with Information Security policies and process

11. Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, Including Cyber Security Risks & Controls

12. Handle IT Audits & Compliance

13. Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule

14. Coordinate with Teams during Audit

15. Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within agreed timelines

16. Follow up on post audit remediation and closures of finding
