Cybage - Technical Project Manager

- Lead and manage assigned projects using Agile methodology to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

- Serve as Scrum Master for the project team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and removing any impediments to progress.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client management and lead, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Take initiative to learn and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices in projects to improve software delivery speed and quality.

- Focus on the usage of data and metrics to monitor and improve project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous improvement over time.

- Drive process improvements across projects, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to optimize project delivery and enhance overall efficiency.

- Define and track KPIs to measure project success and regularly report progress to stakeholders.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
