About:
- As the General Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- You will play a pivotal role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to drive the growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Explore and utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Candidate Assessment: Implement effective assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Enhance employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline and improve the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient time-to-hire.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
- Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
