AVP/CXO - Business Excellence
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Support the MD in drafting business and group strategies to meet the organization Vision and goals.
- Participate in special projects in areas such as systems implementation and processes - give inputs on scope of work, vendor selection, regular progress reviews.
- Work with the Directors in various strategic projects and initiatives across the group to achieve the 2025 Vision.
- Support business heads/ Heads of functions in execution of any of the initiatives
Support the Directors in running the following processes:
- Business performance reviews
- Annual Operating Plan
- BPR implementation across functions
- Executive committee reviews
- Enable speed of execution by looking at all organization areas holistically.
Operational Responsibilities:- Create and ensure standard review templates are followed across various initiatives, business performance reviews- create and follow up action points raising from these meetings.
- Research on various topics and prepare suitable notes / presentations to aid decision making.
- Support the functioning of the MD's office through regular follow ups with various stakeholders
- Manage the documentation of the Directors' Office and ensure regular follow up with relevant stakeholders on various initiatives and projects.
Desired Skill Set:- MBA from Tier-1 B schools with 10 -12 years of experience.
- Work experience could be a mix of business consulting and industry
- Analytical mindset and knack for understanding data driven trends
- Exposure of working with large promoter groups / working directly with Management
- Exposure of running projects
- Understanding of business context, financial analysis, basic ERP and other system understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
