Description :

- Responsibility of Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandise Planning, Warehousing and Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and New Store Openings

- Driving Revenues through operational excellence in retail operations, improving same store sales growth through better planning and effective store replenishment system

- Drive cost optimization by improving retail operations, store associate productivity and warehouse processes

- Drive marketing calendar and drive customer engagement through various marketing activities such as festival promotions, above the line advertising

- In conjunction with HR head, prepare right employee engagement initiatives and implement structured performance management and assessment and drive annual training calendar

- Prepare annual and quarterly key priorities across functions and delivering effective implementation through regular follow-ups and monitoring

Profile :

- Some with cross functional experience to lead Retail Operations, Marketing, Warehousing and SCM, NSO, Buying and Merchandising and Store Administration.

- Retail industry business leading experience of alteast 12-13 yeras

- Understanding of Apparel is a category

- Proven experience of scaling up businesses
