CX Design Lead
You are Responsible for :
- Identify, create a trajectory to reduce CS pain for any contact/ connect made on the platform.
- Design & execute processes to problem solve customer pain.
- Policy critique with supporting data and also propose solution.
To succeed in this role - you should have the following :- Design thinking.

- Ability to understand new policies and construct and critique the same.

- Outside in thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to influence partner function without leverage.
