- Cvent is seeking a results-oriented, highly analytic, strategic and innovative individual to lead enterprise-wide strategic projects to address corporate priorities and enhance customer experience.
- You will report directly to the SVP, Strategic Projects and PMO.

- You have deep insight into business operations and have driven strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Finance and other Shared Services, preferably in a SaaS or high growth environment.
- You thrive in data analysis, identifying leading benchmarks, influencing senior executives and managing successful workplans to deliver demonstrable change across the enterprise.

In This Role, You Will:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape customer focused cross-functional priorities focused on operational efficiencies, growth acceleration and global scale
- Determine attractive customers segments, seek to understand customer needs and shape the Go-To-Market motion
- Identify initiatives to delight our customers with the goal of increasing NPS, renewal rates and annual recurring revenue per customer
- Drive important initiatives to completion to achieve target state and results; track, measure and report on progress to executives
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic projects; formulate, define and prioritize projects based on business needs
- Build workplans and workload to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects;
- Maintain a hands-on approach to leading analysis and projects
- Lead, manage and coach junior members of the team; groom them for more responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify benchmarks and leading practices and utilize these practices to improve business operations
- MBA is strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of total work experience is required
- 7-10+ years of strategy or management consulting experience with a top tier firm is strongly preferred
