About this role:
- Cvent's Global Demand Center is seeking a motivated and passionate Database Marketer to support our B2B Marketing data Acquisition and Enrichment efforts by continuously keeping an eye on Global Marketing Data growth and its accuracy and provide a critical input to our global audience identification and campaign segmentation strategies.
- Cvent's Marketing database is the engine to our powerful marketing lead generation machine.
- This role will support centralized global Data Acquisition and Enrichment function and cater to all Global marketing teams and keep the both the prospect and customer universe rich and accurate to foster engagement that drives sales pipeline and revenue efficiently and at speed.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand the B2B data segmentation, process flows, Data vendor relationships to comply with CVENT's rapidly evolving business.
- Cvent's Global Demand Center manages the technology, processes, and data that generate leads and demand for Cvent's suite of products.
- We are an internal shared-services agency housing digital, email, web, and database marketing as well as full lifecycle campaign and program management and execution.
- This role will support the Database Marketing efforts to grow it with the right audience through internal research and external vendors support, 3rd party data insights.

- Candidates should have a strong understanding of data structures as they relate to CRM systems and marketing campaigns.
- Global Data acquisition/build/Enrichment - via B2B data suppliers or bespoke.
- Account and contact profiling/Accuracy check using publiclyavailable data.
- Work with cross-functional teams on data Growth/Data Utilization/Performance.
- Delivery of Data HealthKPIs to prove marketing returnon Data investment.
- Develop and enhance marketingdatabase accuracy and conversion to improve business efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolvedata discrepancies and system specific issues.
What you need for this position:
- 7- 10 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Experience in enterprise-grade database systems.
- Ability to write SQL queries to carry out data transformation, data investigations & ad-hoc analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT etc.
- Any Reporting tool (like Tableau,Power BI) will have added advantage.
- Understandingof B2B marketing data management and manipulation.
- Fair understanding of marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- An analytical and inquisitive approachto B2B marketing data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of 3rd party data source like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Salesintel, Demandbase etc. for data orchestration is highly desirable
