Team Lead/ Assistant Manager- Recruitment
Job Description :
We are seeking to identify a high-quality HR professional to be based at Gurgaon to be a part of Cvent India's Human Resources division. The role requires prior experience, leadership skills and maturity, besides the ability to manage global customer and business interactions. The ideal candidate would have 6 - 10 years of experience.
The role is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for recruitments and talent acquisition and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full life cycle of hiring, employee relations and retention planning. We are looking for a bright, dynamic and high-energy professional with excellent communication skills for this position.
Work Hours: 2:00 pm IST- 11:30 pm IST
Position Duties :
- Recruiting and staffing for Bulk Hiring/ lateral hiring across non-tech departments at Cvent
- Strategy and planning for mass, campus and specialized recruitments
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- Review and understand open job positions.
- Source and screen resumes for positions in Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
- Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
- Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc.
- Responsibilities may also include coordinating work/life activities, performing benefits administration, revising policies and procedures, and performing cost benefit analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in similar industry is essential
- 6 - 10 years of HR Manager/Assistant Manager experience, in a leadership role from established multinational corporations
- Experience in social media hiring ( LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
