Cvent - Senior Associate/SEO Specialist - Digital Marketing

Seeking an Sr. Associate SEO to join our growing digital marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for actively optimizing Cvent web properties globally for higher natural search rankings and incremental natural search traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a background in B2B lead generation. The candidate will need to be extremely organized and comfortable working in a high-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

- Perform ongoing SEO keyword research to identify new content & asset development opportunities in coordination with business objectives.

- Review web pages for on-page SEO best practices and provide proactive recommendations for optimizing content to improve search engine rankings

- Track and monitor web crawl issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across all major search engines

- Perform SEO site audits to identify and resolve technical and on-page SEO issues

- Develop and implement link-building strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

- Bachelors degree required

- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, in-house or at an agency

- Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

- Hands-on experience using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, ahrefs, or other SEO tools

- Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web design, and CMS (drupal)

- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

- Must have multi-tasking ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, data visualization, and campaign management is a plus
