Seeking a Digital Marketing Sr. Associate to join our growing marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns through Google ads, Bing Ads, Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora), Content Distribution (Outbrain, Content DB etc.) and Programmatic Advertising with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for meeting specific KPIs across multiple product lines at Cvent, with the end goal being continued growth of Sales Qualified Leads and attributable revenue. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of tactical experience in managing Paid Social, Content Distribution, and Programmatic Advertising campaigns (B2B experience preferred). The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized and comfortable in a high-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Twitter across different Cvent product lines and countries to drive quality visitor traffic ensuring strong CTRs, Cost-Per-Lead metrics, and other down-funnel success KPIs.
- Develop audience segments that align with product line goals, and build, launch, and optimize campaigns to engage with those audiences.
- Assist with driving strategy around website personalization, and conversion optimization across international Cvent web properties.
- Identify campaign optimization opportunities in the form of audience targeting, landing pages, etc.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to establish best practices and serve as a SME for modern marketing practices.
- Regularly monitor and report on key metrics around digital marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and channel expansion opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing in-house or at an agency
- Strong familiarity and demonstrated hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn preferred) and Google ads implementation and optimization
- Proven experience of building and targeting different types of campaigns, such as GDN, MSAN, Video, Search, InMail, Sponsored Content, on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Good experience of leveraging social media platforms for content marketing (B2B experience preferred)
- Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile, and native
- Understanding of website tracking tags (Conversion and retargeting)
- Eagerness to learn emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies in order to consistently deliver informed programmatic media solutions and overall innovation
- Experience managing large online marketing budgets (preferred)
- Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition
- AdWords experience a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Must be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management a plus
