Cvent - Manager - Digital Transformation

About Role:

Must have 8-12 years of experience with transformation, business process analysis and re-engineering, process documentation and project/program management. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current business processes, identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive in operational efficiencies, and recommend automation opportunities.

You will be required to interact with the executive management, senior leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify business process gaps, recommend improvement areas and prepare detailed plan to implement recommendations.

What you will be doing:

- Lead and manage large scale cross-functional transformation programs

- Understand and document the current working process in detail (review, document and assess critical business processes)

- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users to identify gaps and recommend improvements

- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

- Identify process automation opportunities using intelligent automation practices like RPA

- Identify (source) and manage external vendors engaged in transformation program

- Project management, planning, tracking, and coordination

- Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan/quality

- Track the working processes and evaluate their effectiveness What you will need for this position:

Good to Have:

- Data analytics approach

- Experience using any project management tools

- Experience on automation projects using RPA tools like UI Path, Blue Prism etc.

- Experience on Professional Services or Customer Services (phone based) transformation programs

- Experience in Post Merger integration

Education: MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 college
