The Business HR is a recent function within HR. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role has been newly created to build a customer centric - outside in- HR to enhance - employee experience- . HRBP is aimed at being the People Strategy partner and Consultant to business leaders. Business HR will be key in putting engagement/ development related strategies in place and building talent initiatives in line with business needs, keeping the larger objectives of the organization in mind

Work Timings : 1.30 pm - 11 pm

HRBP - Key Expectations

1. Conceptualization, development and execution of Organization wide projects across Cvent India as part of the HR transformations journey

2. Works as HR partner with business leaders to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular implementing HR systems and processes that support strategic business areas along with proposing possible changes which are aligned to business needs.

3. Initiate Introduce & Implement measures to ensure smooth functioning of organizational policies balancing employee satisfaction and manage HR relationship. Supporting implementation of various HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the allocated functions

4. Drive development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the allocated function. Act as single point of contact for the allocated functions on issues related to employee engagement, query escalation, grievances and escalations.

5. Being the interface between the HR CoE teams, Top Management & Central HR Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.

6. Owning the Employee strategy for the business with clear accountability drawn for engagement and retention. Developing and implementing engagement models, talent management, employee attrition reporting, and retention initiatives for respective functions.

7. Ensuring timely execution of all HR processes, employee grievances and HR policies.

8. Managing conflicts amongst employee groups and managing tough personalities.

9. Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective functions or across Cvent India.

Requirements for HR Business Partner:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in HR BP . Strong analytical bent of mind and must have data driven approach

- Excellent communication skill and an ability to work in a fast paced, complex challenging and sensitive environment

- Prior experience of managing tough, challenging stakeholders

- Ability to push back whenever required

- Prior work experience as an HR Business Partner and COE experience within Talent Management
