- Cvent India is looking for an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in Marketing Operations and Technology to lead our growing team. 


- As part of the Global Demand Center (GDC) team, you would be a champion of operational excellence across internal shared services divisions within Marketing, while driving both inbound and outbound marketing excellence.


- You will support the strategy, analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key projects and measurable business process improvements. A person who is successful in this role will be able an agile thinker and have an inquisitive and innovative mindset geared towards goal attainment and company success.

Responsibilities:

- Define the Marketing Operations vision and strategy including planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the marketing department.

- Mentor and build a high performing team.

- Define key marketing metrics and manage the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards in order to determine overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs.

- Drive strategic change management & adoption of best practices to ensure operational excellence across marketing initiatives.

- Own the marketing operations & technology roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, maintained and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.

- Enable high ROI for sales and marketing, by setting, driving and attaining goals and KPIs that align with the company's overall strategy, and manage initiatives to achieve these goals.

- Work across multiple cross-functional teams in a high-volume and high-speed environment to put in place ever-evolving processes in support of customer lifecycle and demand generation activities. As part of the GDC, You will be required to interpret internal needs and requirements, translate concepts into practice, identify process improvement opportunities, and quantify results and trends.

This role in the GDC, partners with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing teamsto transform campaign plans and requirements intoto results-driven execution and output.

Job Requirements:

- 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in high growth technology companies (B2B preferred).

- Strong demonstrated experience mentoring and building high performing and engaged teams

- Experience with global marketability & compliance rules and subscription management, preferably in a global enterprise.

- Knowledge of marketing planning processes with the ability to understand the relationship from strategy to ideation to execution, ideally in a B2B setup.

- Strong team management, global communication, and operational expertise.

- Very strong project management and documentation mindset/approach, with hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in driving complex marketing initiatives, preferably in a global enterprise.

- Well versed with latest trends in marketing across digital, marketing segmentation and email marketing and how these works together.

- Must possess strong working knowledge of Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Database, and other Marketing Technologies.

- Prior experience working on project management and reporting tools, such as Clarizen, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Business Objects, etc. a plus

- Six Sigma or related training and experience a plus

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
