Talent Management Associate
Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Associate to support the HR Business Partners on our Talent Management team in the Human Resources (HR) division. The HR Business Partners work to align talent initiatives with the goals of each business division. As an Associate, you will work closely with this team of HR Business Partners supporting initiatives related to, performance management, career development, employee relations, and compensation.
Shift timings: Night Shift
What You Will Be Doing
- Interface daily with HR and operational leaders to provide administrative support
- Facilitate processes such as employee separations and supporting the team
Preparing self-reviews
Preparing performance reviews
- Prepare reporting to various stakeholders, working within various HR information systems
- Collaborate with other HR teams in areas such as recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee records management and more.
- Support the teams partnership with business leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Work with a fun team, meet internal stakeholders, and learn about HR practices
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree with 1 to 2.5-year work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS office
- Must be trustworthy, dependable and able to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Has excellent organizational skills, manages change effectively and successfully juggles multiple projects simultaneously
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
- Must be comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to pull data reports and support PowerPoint deck creation
- Self-starter who is action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Hi-tech industry or Human Resources experience a plus
