Cvent's Global Demand Center is seeking a motivated and passionate technical team member to support our B2B Marketing data warehouse and other data related projects. This role requires to map and execute all activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized and unified view. This individual will also be responsible for the monitoring of data flow between marketing systems/databases and support optimized use of Cvent's extensive marketing database. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
Cvent's Global Demand Center manages the technology, processes and data that generate leads and demand for Cvent's suite of products. We are an internal shared-services agency housing digital, email, web and database marketing as well as full lifecycle campaign and program management and execution. This technical role will support the Database Marketing efforts through data integration within cloud setup and query optimization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, inquisitive and can shift and manage priorities often. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and executive multiple tasks is required to be successful in this position.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Centralized Marketing Data Warehouse platform maintenance and management, hosted on Snowflake
- Implement data-based solutions to support systems integration and testing
- Import, analyze and extract data/information by using SSMS/AWS Data cloud features
- Support data projects via requirement gathering, planning, and successful execution
Skills & Requirements :
- 3-7 years of relevant professional work experience
- Work with large amounts of B2B data: facts, figures, and analysis
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
- Strong understanding of data warehouse, data models, structures, and ETL tools is must
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Advanced in SQL/ETL/Reporting Platform
- Data Cloud experience (AWS/Snowflake)
- Proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel/Word/PPT etc.)
- Hands-on process automation experience
- Marketing data knowledge is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of SalesForce.com, Marketo is required
