Qualification :

Academic : BE/ B.Tech/ MBA (finance)/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA

Technical / Professional : Work experience of minimum TWO (2) years of Venture Capital/ Private Equity Industry.

Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 30.9.2015

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) : Computer Proficiency is a must.

Relevant Industry : Venture Capital / Private Equity / Investment Banking

Functional Area : Fund / Project related functions

Role : Middle Level Management Cadre in the Organization

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Responsible for scrutinizing the investment opportunities referred to them, make a detailed analysis and if the opportunity is fit for investment should make recommendation to the investment committee.

- Follow up of Portfolio investments, periodical reviews, attending investee company board meetings etc. Attend to investors queries/correspondence.

- Apprising of committee/ trustees/board of directors periodically during the meetings by way of notes.

Desired profile of the candidate :

- Candidate to possess good quantitative / analytical skills, Commercial / business orientation, effective communication, interpersonal skills, risk assessing abilities and pro-active approach.

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Compensation range : CTC of Rs 7.00 - 8.00 Lacs P.A (approx)
