Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Lead/Specialist with a proven track record in strategic marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns within the Life Sciences or B2B product-led industries.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing impactful marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
This is a hands-on role with opportunities for strategic leadership and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust content marketing strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and more.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare analytics concepts into compelling narratives.
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation to drive traffic and achieve business goals.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure maximum ROI.
- Repurpose and scale high-performing assets for use across various channels and regions.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, projects, sales, design, and external vendors, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Foster collaboration across teams in India and the US to execute high-impact campaigns.
Market and Audience Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on user personas, buyer journeys, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Track and measure campaign success, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in marketing, preferably in the Life Sciences industry or a product-led B2B company.
Education: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Relevant marketing experience will also be considered.

- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and performance analysis.
