Customer Support Manager/ Relationship Manager - Banking( Mumbai)
A leading organization into Banking and ATM business is looking for Customer Support Manager for their office based out of Navi Mumbai
- Email proficiency in responding to customers queries and grievance
- Co-ordinating with the respective departments and getting the right answer / input and then frame the right response accordingly
- Monitoring of the emails / responses
- Maintaining and analysing the customer queries
- Weekly report to be submitted on the overall activities
- Ability to train the call centre team on soft skills and product knowledge
- Constant monitoring and improving the quality of the calls
- Doing outbound call activities. Measuring the results and suggesting ways to improve productivity
- Should be capable of handing the sms campaigns
- Monitoring and responding to play store queries
- Should be able to draft inbound and outbound scripts with proper flow chart
- Should be a fun loving person who can work under stressful conditions
- Should not shy away from additional responsibilities.
