Roles & Responsibilities :
- Successfully manage renewals with existing clients on a timely basis
- Create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling on a quarterly basis
- Manage pipeline and ensure quarterly renewal and cross-selling targets are achieve
- Nurture and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients
- Focus on customer retention through a consultative approach
- Conduct periodic review meetings for monitoring various delivery metrics
- Seek testimonials and reviews from clients to further enhance the brand SoftwareSuggest
- Monitor NPS score of clients and proactively work towards achieving desired behnchmark
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and also manage the team.
