Customer Success Role - InsurTech

Job Function: Retention (Key account managing/farming).

Job Location: Mumbai.

Job Description :

1. Develop and manage relationships and communications with HR SPOC at the client side (CHROs / HR Head / Benefits / other HR team members) for enabling Co.'s portal visibility among the onboarded employees.

2. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.

3. Liaison with the marketing team and facilitate email marketing campaigns being sent to employees (either directly or through HR SPOC).

4. Ensure steady participation from employees of the onboarded corporate clients through various engagement activities like webinars, on-premises activities, AMA sessions, etc. that would highlight the employee benefits offerings of the co.'s portal.

5. Procure testimonials from the HR leaders and other SPOCs present of existing clients and record success stories of key client employees who have made purchases on the portal.

6. Provide white glove services to top key management professionals (CXOs / HODs) and HR team members for each existing client and perform a gap analysis to share valued recommendations on their insurance portfolio.

7. Identify and cross-sell opportunities of corporate insurance products like GMC, GPA, GTL, Corporate, Fleet, Corporate Travel, etc to existing clients.

8. Generate referrals within the HR fraternity from the existing client relationships.

9. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.

10. Hold product demonstrations for customers.

11. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

12. Aid in product design and product development.

13. Ensure periodic delivery of reports to HR and host reviews to implement course corrections, if any.

Requirements: Candidates working with recruitment solutions organizations or with any firm but holding strong connections with HR/CHRO/Decision makers in HR of the firm are the right fit for this role.
