We are hiring Customer Success Manager role for a leading Saas based company.
Roles & Responsibilities:.
- Monitor business KPIs, automate processes, and optimize operations to drive growth.
- Empower teams with accessible data features, conduct product experimentation, and A/B testing for user behavior insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, and convert business problems into actionable insights.
- Develop and execute partner success strategies, lead a team of Partner Success Associates, and build strong partner relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, monitor partner performance, and drive engagement - and retention.
- Lead partner onboarding, training programs, and organize/participate in partner events to promote engagement.
Requirements:.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to drive engagement and retention, and passion for customer and partner success.
- Ability to lead teams, drive engagement, and build strong relationships with partners.
- Experience in managing operations, conducting product experimentation, and deriving actionable insights from data.
