Note - We need a woman associate for this role.

- She should be able to work from our Hyderabad office and then also work from other client locations within Hyderabad as and when needed.

Job Description:

- We are currently looking for a Partner Program Manager whose role will be centered around partner engagement and event management, ensuring smooth operations and strong partner relationships.

- This role is both customer and partner-facing, involving multifaceted responsibilities from handling customer inquiries to planning and quality assurance of partner-related activities and resources.

Day-to-day activities will include:.

- Customer Engagement: Promptly respond to customer emails regarding workshop registration and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and supportive customer experience.

- Data Analysis & Partner Follow-Up: Daily review of event reports to extract actionable insights and follow up with partners to promote adherence to best practices.

- Partner Management: Actively supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and communication with partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships including conducting partner reviews and discussion partner success and challenges.

- Event Planning: Strategically planning workshops based on product/offer type and making necessary adjustments in response to evolving requirements.

- Content Development: Crafting presentations and leading office hour events to engage and educate partners, enhancing their connection with the organization.

- Quality Assurance: Testing events, new event formats, templates, operations and tool features.

- Resource Management: Overseeing the maintenance and updating of resources for both the XIAD team and partners.

Best candidates:.

- Someone with previous MS experience around partner channels.

- Someone who has been in a Partner or Customer Success Manager role.

- Someone with experience in a customer or stakeholder-facing relationship management role.

- Someone with experience using M365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.

- Someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Available for 4+ hours during team working hours of 9 am-5 pm Eastern Time zone Performance indicators:.
