Key Responsibilities
- 'Customer first ' mantra
- Deep dive into understanding the Company's product to assist in the customer success planning
- Travel to customer location to understand their existing processes and requirements and map them to our product and services.
- A trust based, strategic adviser relationship with customer to work towards achieving success driven goals.
- Strategically handle implementation and actively engage with account managers at customer end to provide smooth transition to our product
- Identify risks and work towards resolving the same.
- Identify scope of new features in existing product to enhance customer business
- Build long term relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with internal sales, technology and product teams for timely support to customer issue resolution
- Progressively increase the list of successful customers for renewal.
- Monitor performance and guide the customer to achieve critical goals
- Manage Account escalations
Requirements
Experience, Technical skills & Knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing Success enabler, Account Management,
- Strategic solution consultant role/organization.
- Strong inter personal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, Eager to learn and adapt to a start-up culture
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- Proven track record of highly professional customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Team player, who is diplomatic yet effective in handling customers and internal stakeholders.
