About the Client :
Our client is one the world's leading players in the Education-Technology space. In their Enterprise business they have partnered with large strategic accounts - Fortune-500 companies & Governments to target curated skill development for their employees.
Role :
The role is to manage the accounts in the India and APAC region and to up-sell the product offering of the company. The candidate would own a portfolio of 20+ strategic enterprise/university accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.
The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for:
- Owning a portfolio of 20+ strategic accounts to the size of $3M in the APAC region
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
About the Candidate :
The candidate would report to the Global Head for Account Management and should have/be :
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
