We have an urgent opening with one of our client for Customer Success Manager Profile.
Customer Success Manager
Location: Bangalore , India
Job Objective: Client Management in the given state/territory
Responsibilities:
- Managing product training, support for end user and driving product usage (for around 20 clients).
- Support would be mainly on-field in terms of training, product functioning, tracking usage and briefing clients on new features.
- Drive audit for reports, basic trouble shooting, maintain client relation and upsell.
- Work with Client Engagement Head for client interaction, training, product usage and escalation.
- Provide additional support based on the client feedback and best practices.
Education and Experience:
- Overall 3 to 8 years of similar experience (experience of education/training industry will be preferred).
- Post Graduate from a premier institution
