1. Customer Service
- Responsible for delivery of the Customer Survey and Customer Relationship Services.
2. Customer Survey
- Leads the team for customer survey
- Plans, organizes and implements the Survey of customers of the water service.
- Responsible for the timely delivery, quality, accuracy and completeness of the Customer Survey.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Prepares the Customer Strategic Plan, Customer Charter, Customer Management Plan, CRM strategy, the contact centre and call centre specifications.
- Establishes the 24x7 modern call center for complaint management, develops back-office and front-office procedures and ensures efficient implementation
- Supervises the customer satisfaction survey, the business process reengineering and the implementation of the call centre
4. Training
- Undertake periodic training to the utility staff
