Job Title : Customer Service Sales Manager
Location : Selangor, Malaysia
Client will handle all the VISA formalities.
The main requirement are:
1. Sales experience
2. Machinery Industry (Plastic injection mold, packaging, food production, cnc machines, and etc.)
3. Experience in covering for India MUST
4. Travel to India will be frequent
ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Customer Service Sales Manager is to manage the day to day needs of existing customers and to grow the after sales business in India . This should result in improved customer loyalty, higher product utilization, and customer satisfaction measured primarily by account revenue. This role is a main contact for all the customers needs related to new formats, upgrades, training, audits, service visits and Customer Satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume & margins by promoting company products (tooling, upgrades, retrofits, Field Service visits, maintenance contracts, parts, etc.).
- Manage existing customers accounts.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key customers.
- Proactively identify, develop and execute on growth opportunities within the existing customers.
- Prepare documentation and tools to support Field Service Technicians with audits of customers parts inventory after each visit.
- Support operations in developing new programs and products for clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through outstanding customer service measured by periodic client surveys and feedback.
- Reactively address account service needs and assure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties and customer support as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Applicants must be willing be based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia and travel frequently to India.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be fully independent and highly self-motivated for completing all works to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Must be customer service orientated.
