Looking for Head of Customer Service Function, with a leading ISP/ Broadband & info media service provider.

Desired Candidate details:

- 10 - 14 yrs of exp, heading CSD division at the circle level

- Incumbent must be predominently from Broadband/ ISP & DTH background

- Must have a proven track record of setting up the CSD division from base Zero
