JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should have 4 - 10 years of work experience in the area of Customer Relations.
- Candidate should have a good academic record throughout his/her academic career.
- Candidate should be a graduate from premiere institutions.
- Candidates with MBA degree will be preferred.
- Candidate should possess good communication skills (both oral and written) in English, Hindi & Bengali.
ESSENTIAL ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plan and execute brand building initiatives to enhance Company's profile both in various media (electronic, print, social networking sites etc.).
- To handle response of customer queries in all types of digital media.
- To address consumer expectations and grievances mainly through social networking sites.
- To prepare creatives, award applications, presentations, write-ups, handbooks and booklets for various forums, institutional bodies, events etc.
- To look after end-to-end activities related to various Customer Relations events.
- To ensure promotion of various services rolled-out by the Company mainly through digital media.
- To ensure regular updation of the Company website.
- To arrange for collection of feedback from customers at various platforms, analyse it and prepare reports.
- To co-ordinate and conduct various types of consumer surveys and ensure end to end completion and implementation.
- To liaison with high end consumer segment, VIP consumers, opinion makers of the society and various government bodies.
