He/She will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring a superior customer experience, which will result in cross-selling and up-selling the organization's products. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work under dynamic conditions and foster relationships with a diverse customer group.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
- Building and developing key account plans
- Understand business strategies and plans of our customer.
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and up sell.
- Manage renewals of annual contracts
- Grow the overall business with existing clients.
- Sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Should be Graduate; MBA preferred with minimum 8 years experience in banking or insurance customer services or software solutions Sales from banking, insurance or NBFC's and should know local languages.
- Possess Functional and Technical knowledge of P&C Core Solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in regional language and English
- Have a consultative sale approach.
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
- Self-Driven and motivated
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and working with a team.
