Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Educational Qualification:
- MBA from any of the top 20 colleges of India
Professional Qualification:
- 4 Years of Experience in Handling the Corporate Customers (Preferably Blue Chip companies, SAP, MS Partner Company)
- Must have Customer Facing Experience
- Should have Managed the Existing Accounts/Customers in the Previous Organizations
- Very Good Communication
- Presentable
- Very Good Interpersonal Skills
Expected Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Good relation with the existing/new customers on Organization’s behalf
- In coordination with the Sales Manager finding out the new Opportunities in the Existing accounts/Customers
- Taking timely feedback from the customer about the on going Delivery/Operation and sharing the same with the Organization
- By Weekly Face to Face meeting with all the existing Customers/Accounts
