Job Description:
- Develop the business by Identifying and Networking with prospective clients .
- Generating Business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth .
- Take the responsibility to ensure area sales strategy is incorporated into all major targets set for the sales force .
- Conceptualizing and implementing service plans / policies for the organization , ensuring accomplishment of business goals .
- Managing key accounts .
- Assessing requirements & conducting negotiations for delivering need based products to Key Clients.
- Must ensure that the customers (Territory/Station/State/Region) are explained and educated on company 's contract terms ,Dynamic Discounting Schemes and Performance Linked Bonus .
- Responsible for providing valuable feedback to marketing on the basis of research done & MIS report collected from CRM system ,for the branding of new product .
- To provide inputs and feedback to marketing Head on Red Express's sales dashboards .
- Excellent team management skills .
- Imparting / organizing training programs for recruits for understanding the profile and culture of organization
- To initiate monthly team meetings with the team .
- To provide support to KT on sales process mapping , VSM s input / feedback , as & when required .
- To maintain and ensure that attitude ,behavior and integrity issues are reported to HR .
Desired Skills:- Should have good communication skill and presentable.Can work under pressure to meet our organization requisition.
Salary:- upto 8 Lacs per annum
Qualification: - Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience- 3+ yrs
