About our Client - Our client is a privately held and professionally managed export oriented company specializing in polyamides and fibers. A clear focus on quality, cost competitiveness and customer service has made our client the largest exporter of aroma chemicals from India and currently the exports account for 90% of its sales
Job Description - Reporting into the Senior Manager-Customer Relationship; your core responsibilities will entail:
- Maintaining alliances with customers, both exports and local to ensure smooth flow of communication, documentation, material etc.
- Account Management - Assisting Sr. Mgr with jobs associated with Account Management, pricing, credit management, stock point management
- Assisting Sr Mgr by compiling MIS data, contract status and monitoring, competition data etc
- Ensuring that receivables target set by the Company is achieved.
- Following up with local customers for C-Forms.
- Resolving shortage, credit notes, documentation receipts etc to prevent delays in payment collection Independently handling some of the local customers to meet budgeted business targets with them.
The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA Graduate from a top tier university with minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics/back room operations in exports. You have handled CHA's, you have extensive production and sales planning experience and display a thorough understanding of SAP SD module. Besides that you are self driven and possess exceptional interpersonal skills
