Customer Relations Manager - Residential Real Estate


Job Summary:

As a Customer Relations Manager - Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our properties and services.

REQUIRMENTS:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Ensure that all client interactions are positive and create a memorable experience for them.

- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Coordinate with back-office and other departments to ensure that client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

- Identify and implement strategies to improve the client experience and promote client loyalty.

- Develop and implement training programs for client-facing staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

- Monitor client feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement in our properties and services.

- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and use the results to identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement
