Client Details

Our client is one of the leading global firms in the consumer goods space known for their brand leaders and robust business and branding strategies across the world. They are present in more than 150 markets globally. They are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who can contribute towards the development of their channels and further the growth and penetration of their global brands.

Description

The chosen candidate would report to the Customer Marketing Head and be responsible for the following:

- Work closely with the brand and sales team to develop and execute innovative and far reaching activations

- Develop and distribute relevant POSM for the cluster of brands and work towards increasing brand visibility and enhancing brand imagery

- Create trackers to evaluate and understand the effectiveness of the activations across the country

- Create strategies for trade partners and ensure stock presence across the width and depth of the portfolio

- Handle and develop market promotion and trade budgets

- Classify and evaluate brand initiatives and share them with the relevant stakeholders for analysis and further development

Profile

The successful applicant should be a graduate from a premier b-school (2013/2014/2015 batches), having at least 6 years of extensive experience in sales in the FMCG space and an overall understanding of the different segments and channels in India. He/she should have an analytic approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivations.
