Small Description of the Role
- Focus on customer loyalty and lifecycle marketing to drive repeat purchases across different brands
- Manage program P&L and drive profitable customer behavior for the enterprise
- Work closely with web, direct mail, email, advertising, Merchandising, IT to create and implement compelling messaging and offers to generate enrollment
- Develop and enhance program benefits to increase engagement, including working with promotional partners and developing new opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to retain and activate existing members
- Recommend new strategies and database marketing programs to enhance revenue from existing customer base
- Analyze customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities
- Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
- Recommend strategies to improve overall acquisition, retention, and conversion activities
Skills required:
- MBA in Marketing or comparable work experience preferred
- 6+ years CRM/Loyalty experience
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer marketing efforts
- Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)
