About the Role
In this position, the candidate would be responsible for driving process improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma and other
Quality initiatives for Treasury business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Treasury improvement projects for the Bank and track project progress
- Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other business leaders and members to align and create foolproof processes to enhance business and comply with regulations
- Carry out data analysis and diagnostic studies to identify process gaps.
- Monitor progress of projects assigned, create reports on progress/delays for Team Head/HOD and ensure timely implementation of said projects.
- Liaison with all stakeholders business, operations, technology, etc. regularly and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Handle projects independently end to end from process understanding till delivery
- Create and manage MIS/dashboards/presentations on projects
