Job Description:

- Manage High Profile Customer Visits: Planning, coordinating, and executing all high-profile customer visits to our HQ. Work closely with the technology and delivery leadership of the company. Liaison with the facilities team for event planning and execution. Work closely with account heads to manage visit schedules and agenda. Drive all briefing calls and dry runs relevant to the customer visit.

- Key Account Research: Work with account anchors and inside sales teams to publish periodical customer research.

- Content Marketing: Drive all customer specific press releases and thought leadership. Publish all customer relevant news and updates on the company intranet portal.

- Events: Plan and drive all virtual events including webinars and conferences. Champion all geo-specific in-person events including summits, roundtables, & conferences.

- Campaign Management: Drive content curation for campaigns, including design and production. Drive customer facing communication, mailers, and social media campaigns.

Purpose of the role: The Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for building and nurturing effective connections with our global customers across every touchpoint and every channel. We are looking for a committed and passionate professional to drive customer engagement initiatives at our Bengaluru HQ. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent customer focus, strong networking and relationship building abilities, and a flair for working with cross-functional teams. Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Experience: Must have a minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and sales roles.

- Technical Proficiency: Candidate must have a sound understanding of IT Services industry. Must be proficient with PowerPoint and Excel. Hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools will be an added advantage.
