- To up sell MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele.
- Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.
- Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers.
- Providing Investment planning and advice.
- Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix.
- One point contact for the assigned customer.
- Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
- Preference to NISM Certified candidates with experience in managing Retail/HNI.
- Clients, with in depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
Responsibilities:
Upselling Mutual Fund (MF) Products:
- Proactively upsell Mutual Fund products to Retail and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients based on the assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Business Target Achievement:
- Achieve business targets set for upselling products, enhancing client relationships, and increasing client net worth.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Customer Profiling and Financial Product Offerings:
- Profile customers to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Recommend suitable financial products, including Mutual Funds, to meet their needs and objectives.
Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest levels of service delivery to clients, especially HNI customers.\
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized assistance to enhance the overall client experience.
Investment Planning and Advice:
- Offer investment planning and advice to clients based on their financial objectives, risk profile, and market conditions.
- Provide tailored recommendations to help clients achieve their investment goals.
Sales and Revenue Target Achievement:
- Meet sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix, including Mutual Funds and other financial products.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Single Point of Contact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing dedicated support and personalized service to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
HNI/UHNI Acquisition and Servicing:
- Focus on acquiring and servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients.
- Develop rapport with affluent clients and deliver specialized services to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably certified by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) with experience in managing Retail and HNI clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds and other financial products, including their features, benefits, and risk factors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving business growth and revenue generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience is 2-4 years.
