Customer Delivery Manager - Software Products

- 5-8 years experience in customer delivery roles in software product companies.

- BE/B.Tech with MBA preferred.

- Responsible for managing the client deliver profile for the company.

- Organise and coordinate programs, provide updates and strategic directions 

- Oversee the progress of projects and programs 

- Stakeholder management at the client side.

- Own post sale delivery 

- Define deliverables and deadlines

- Create and manage business requirements 

- Be the SPOC for client for all business and technical details 

- Must have product management skills 

- Information architecture, data quality and governance

- Software product delivery experience
